The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our services are intended to assist with compliance but do not transfer legal responsibility to us.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and methodologies provided by Kantax remain our intellectual property and are not to be shared, duplicated, or redistributed without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future engagements.
